Position Description:

Codery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize robust and scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, with a passion for delivering seamless CRM solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user adoption.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including platform bugs and integration challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Architect certifications).
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Sales/Service Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Apex Test Classes or third-party tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX for deployment.
• Experience with other CRM platforms or frontend frameworks like React.
