Position Description:

Codery is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring and testing data validation and transformation logic to support regulatory and business requirements. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll help ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant data processes across client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, develop, and configure data accuracy validations based on specifications from the Regulatory Affairs team
• Implement transformation logic according to client or Product Owner requests
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure transformations meet functional and technical requirements
• Troubleshoot transformation issues and optimize rules for performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Delivery Managers, and Clients to understand requirements and ensure seamless implementations
• Provide technical support for validation and transformation processes
• Document logic, processes, and implementation details to support knowledge sharing and future updates

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data validation, transformation logic, or ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and manipulation
• Ability to specify and communicate technical requirements effectively (e.g., via JIRA tickets)
• Experience working with both technical and business teams to deliver robust data solutions
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with complex logic structures
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements is a plus

Person Specification:

• Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data
• Capable of translating business needs into clear, actionable technical tasks
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or implementation within a managed service or regulatory environment
