BI Lead (Business Intelligence Lead)

Mission of the role:

As a BI Lead, you will take ownership of the Business Intelligence strategy and its implementation across the organization. You will act as the go-to expert for transforming complex business needs into impactful, scalable Power BI solutions. With strong skills in data analysis, SQL, and ETL, you will design and deliver high-quality dashboards and data models that empower data-driven decision-making.

Job responsibilities:

• Define, drive, and continuously evolve the Business Intelligence vision within the organization

• Architect efficient and scalable data solutions that align with strategic business goals and promote data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate business and reporting requirements

• Translate reporting needs into actionable data analysis and scalable reporting solutions

• Analyze and work with logical data models, defining facts, dimensions, attributes, hierarchies, and KPIs

• Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and over time, Microsoft Fabric as the platform evolves.

• Develop advanced data models and enable self-service BI through reusable data assets

• Support complex ad hoc queries and analyses across various business areas

Requirements for the role:

Must:

• Strong technical skills in Business Intelligence concepts, solutions, and best practices.

• 3+ years of experience in BI analysis, development, and implementation preferably using Microsoft Power BI or transferable skills from other leading tools.

• Experience in data-querying using SQL and ability to work with multiple data sources

• Analytical skills and ability to translate user requirements into models and processes.

• Experience with ETL processes and orchestration tools

• Experience with setting up and maintaining data architecture

• Willingness to earn Microsoft certification.

• Fluent in English
