We are seeking a mobile app developer to join our team and assume a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, particularly the development of our digital payments platform, DeltaPay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile, desktop and web applications using Flutter.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications.
• Drive innovation in payment experiences, ensuring a seamless and intuitive UX/UI.
• Collaborate with designers, frontend and backend developers to create a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to system architecture, including API design, caching strategies, and state management solutions.
• Implement robust security measures to ensure user data privacy and protection.
• Handle complex interactions with both internal and external APIs, including caching and local data processing.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and incorporate automated testing.
• Make informed technical decisions, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in English at a professional level.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend or app development, ideally within FinTech or payment-related industries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools, including Git, Jira (or similar project management tools), Google PlayStore / Apple App Store, Databases, Kafka (or similar streaming platforms), and cryptography.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Good judgment regarding the time and effort associated with projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and/or Dart (Flutter).
• Experience with other frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and frontend deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with the FinTech industry, including an understanding of financial systems, regulations, and security protocols.
