Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL Server, APIs, and reporting; ability to explain technical concepts effectively. 
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for diverse communication styles. 
• Strong verbal and written skills; ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues. 
• Advanced analytical skills with a fact-based approach to resolving issues. 
• Strong time management, multitasking, and deadline-handling abilities. 
• Capable of managing expectations of customers, colleagues, and stakeholders and build positive relationship with them. 
• Independent, proactive, and efficient in task management. 
• Adaptable to change, proactive in addressing issues, structured in work approach, and open to questioning the status quo for process improvements. 
• Fluent in English and Dutch, German is a plus. 
• Previous experience with Jira, DevOps, Confluence, Postman, Power BI, and Power Apps is a plus. 

The application procedure will consist of two interviews, one of which will be with your team manager and your future teammates. Conducting a SQL task will be part of the interview process. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver FinCrime solutions, fulfil change requests, and implement projects in collaboration with a project manager. 
• Work with customers to define requirements, fulfil requests, and resolve issues using standard solutions. Provide 2nd-line support, including complex SQL analysis. 
• Participate in solution development, configure flagship products, and communicate improvements with clients. 
• Identify and implement optimal solutions based on client needs using cleversoft forensics tools while maintaining a deep understanding of company architecture and software. 
• Write SQL queries for reporting and data analysis. 
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation for accuracy and knowledge sharing.
