Who we look for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Sofia. As a DevOps Engineer, you must possess a deep understanding of both software development and IT operations, with a focus on creating reliable, scalable, and efficient infrastructure. Some of your key responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our software’s operational infrastructure and deployment processes.

• Develop software solutions for system automation, infrastructure provisioning, and software deployment tasks, ensuring high-quality and efficient operations.

• Work closely with software development teams to ensure smooth and efficient integration, deployment, and continuous delivery of new features and applications.

• Utilize scripting languages and configuration management tools to automate routine tasks, such as infrastructure provisioning, software deployment, and system monitoring.

• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to DevOps, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the DevOps pipeline.

• Embrace and apply the company’s best practices, standards, and DevOps principles on a daily basis.

What we look for:

• At least 1 year working experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). 
• At least 1 year working experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools, particularly Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes or OpenShift based projects with any among Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc. 
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc. 
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills. 
• Experience supporting multiple software environments for multiple products, including production environments with daily active users. 
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a collaborative team environment. 
• Contribute to documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients. 
• Eagerness to learn and reach new levels of technical and personal mastery. Ability to grasp new concepts effectively, push yourself out of your comfort zone and tackle unexpected challenges.
• Good organizational skills and ability to focus your attention effectively. You can be entrusted with responsibilities and can manage and keep deadlines. 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. 

What will be considered as an advantage:

• AI-Augmented SDLC – Practical experience using AI in requirements definition, development, or testing will be considered a strong advantage. 
• Software development experience is a plus. 
• Networking knowledge will be considered as a plus. 
• Experience with IaC: ArgoCD, Terraform or similar
