Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer

***This position is open to applicants based in Sofia, Bulgaria. They must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality interior and exterior renderings using Enscape and V-Ray or Corona
• Assemble complete 3D scenes, including modelling, shading, lighting, rendering, and post-production
• Animate cameras and help craft impactful visual narratives
• Collaborate closely with other artists and departments
• Create educational and promotional content — tutorials, video demos
• Present at live events and contribute to product showcases and webinars
• Meet production deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proven experience in architectural visualization with a strong portfolio
• Advanced skills in Enscape and V-Ray or Corona Renderer
• Solid experience with Photoshop and/or After Effects for post-production
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and design principles
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and lighting techniques.
• Comfortable presenting to live audiences or during virtual sessions
• Well-organized and capable of working independently
