IT Helpdesk Specialist with German

We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Specialist with fluency in both German and English to join our team. In this role, you will manage B2B communication, address technical and service-related inquiries, and ensure smooth, professional correspondence throughout all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assiatnce to B2B clients via different channles in German;
• Address inquiries related to technical issues with devices, internal software and systems;
• Escalate complex technical issues to technicians in Germany when necessary;
• Ensure all support interactions are logged and updated accurately in the CRM/ticketing system;
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken);
• Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk environment;
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools, CRM systems, and troubleshooting procedures;
• Knowledge of hardware/software, network basics;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
