    We are  Center Stars  – a recruitment company, mostly oriented to language recruitment.

    As a recruitment company, we are also consultants, talent seekers, and providers of amazing opportunities.

    We are looking for a dedicated and fluent German- and English-speaking Helpdesk Advisor to join our Tech team. In this role, you will handle B2B correspondence, assist clients with technical and service-related inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional business corespondance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide assiatnce to B2B clients via different channles in German;
    • Address inquiries related to technical issues with devices, internal software and systems;
    • Escalate complex technical issues to second-level support teams when necessary;
    • Ensure all support interactions are logged and updated accurately in the CRM/ticketing system;
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken);
    • Previous experience in a customer service role;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Proficient in using customer service software and ticketing systems;
    • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively;
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Preferred, but mot mandatory Qualifications:

    • Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk environment;
    • Familiarity with remote desktop tools, CRM systems, and troubleshooting procedures;
    • Knowledge of hardware/software, network basics  is a plus;
