We are searching for a motivated and client-focused candidate to join the fully remote team. Depending on your skills and interests, you may work in one of the following areas Customer Experience, Technical Support, and Back Office.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer’s inquiries using different kinds of communication tools;
• Solving cases related to invoices, payments and delivery;
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to computers, laptops, printers, headphones ect;
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of client interactions in CRM systems;
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German;
• Good working level of English;
• Experience in Customer support is an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to quickly identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle remote work environments.
