German-speaking Client Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via different channels in German and English;
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies;
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently;
• Log all interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Follow company guidelines and service quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C1 or above) and good command of English (B2 or above);
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude;
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
