Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and company policies.
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken);
Previous experience in a IT/Tech/Service Desk role;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Good understanding of operating systems, MS Office suite, basic
networking, and common business applications;
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
