Step into the role of Service Desk Specialist and become the go-to expert for our business clients, helping them solve technical challenges with clarity and expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide support for hardware, software, applications, and basic network issues;
Assist with onboarding, access management, and standard device/software setup;
Deliver assistance professionally and empathetically, ensuring a positive user experience;
Accurately document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the internal system;
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and company policies.

Requirements:

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken);
Previous experience in a IT/Tech/Service Desk role;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Good understanding of operating systems, MS Oﬀice suite, basic
networking, and common business applications;
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
