    CBTW is a Cloud & Infrastructure Consulting and Development firm specializing in Cloud Modernization, API Operations, DevOps as a Service, and Cloud Managed Services for AWS and Azure. We work extensively in the banking, fintech, manufacturing and logistics domain to modern cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and scalability.

    As part of our Managed Services team, you will support multiple clients by optimizing their Azure DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security, and automation strategies.


    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our Managed Service team. You will work across multiple clients, ensuring their Azure environments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security are optimized for high availability, compliance, and performance.

    This role is hands-on with Azure, focusing on automation, security, monitoring, and DevOps best practices. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers and work closely with client teams.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITES: 

    Azure Infrastructure & Automation:

    • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure services (VMs, AKS, App Services, Storage, Networking, etc.).

    • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

     

    CI/CD & DevOps Best Practices:

    • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

    • Automate deployments for microservices, APIs, and core banking applications.

    • Ensure efficient release management and zero-downtime deployments.

     

    Security & Compliance (Banking Standards):

    • Implement Azure Security Best Practices (RBAC, Key Vault, Policy, Defender for Cloud, etc.).

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PSD2).

    • Work on Identity & Access Management using Azure AD, OAuth, and conditional access policies.

     

    Monitoring & Observability:

    • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Datadog.

    • Improve incident response, SRE practices, and proactive system health monitoring.

     

    Collaboration & Client Management:

    • Work closely with client teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.

    • Support multiple banking clients in a managed services model.

    • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 
    • Five or more years of experience in Azure DevOps Engineering.

    • Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, automation, and CI/CD.

    • Experience with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep for infrastructure automation.

    • Proficiency in DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, etc.).

    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and containerization.

    • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity management.

    • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, etc.).

    • Experience working in regulated environments (banking, fintech, or similar).

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple clients.

     

     

    NICE TO HAVE:

    Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.

    • Knowledge of Python, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
