Business Intelligence Analyst

Carista is a fast-growing Bulgarian company that loves cars. For the past couple of years, more than half a million drivers worldwide have diagnosed and coded their Audi, BMW or Lexus with our mobile app. If you are into cars and mobile apps, we have the right job.

What we’re looking for in our candidates:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience with BigQuery, DAX, and SQL;
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting business and technical data;
• Strong skills in creating dashboards and reports that drive business insights;
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex data clearly and concisely.

Big Pluses:

• Experience developing dashboards in Metabase or Looker Studio;
• Experience drawing insights from Firebase events.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decisions;
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and patterns;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions;
• Optimize data queries for performance and efficiency;
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes;
• Communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
