Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our backend systems that power our Product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, with a focus on enhancing the performance and user experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal services and APIs using Python
• Automate internal tasks and workflows for business teams
• Integrate tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Create internal web interfaces (together with frontend developers or independently)
• Join technical discussions and help make architectural decisions
• Write readable, testable, and stable code
• Work with other developers, DevOps, Security, and business teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python.
• Strong expertise in FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks.
• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including deploying and managing production workloads (e.g., ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Familiarity with async Python and event-driven architectures.
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL and Amazon Redshift, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Interest or experience in leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
  Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.

Nice to have:

• Background in MarTech or communication platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
