Principal Software Engineer

The role:

You’ll have a central role in designing, building, and scaling their product, focused on end-to-end development and AI.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Node, Next, React, Postgre, Docker.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Lead architectural decisions, establish best practices, and mentor team members.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive technical strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of development experience with expertise in at least three technology ecosystems beyond Node/Next stack.
• Strong skills in system design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
• Experience with Langhain, LLamaindex, DSPy, Tailwind, tRPC would be a plus.
• Experience in working with LLMs and building specialized RAGs and knowledge graphs would be a big plus.
• Good knowledge of prompting, agent understanding.
