    We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join an innovative end-to-end software solutions center.

    The Junior Salesforce Developer we are looking for will be involved and learn how to:

    • Design, develop and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions with CCC approved Design standards
    • Collaborate and coordinate development efforts with other Salesforce Team members, ETL Team, and Business Analysts, delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions
    • Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet business requirement
    • Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues to determine root cause and drive resolutions
    • Performs architecture design and code reviews to enforce best practices and processes
    • Produce technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code base
    • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce capabilities
    • Customize call routing, transcription, and agent workspace to optimize customer service operations
    • Support voice analytics and reporting to monitor performance and improve service delivery
    • Manage and Support Experience Cloud sites to enhance customer and partner engagement

    Experience & Skills we will be looking for – the more you have, the better:

    • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud and Chatbots
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL, REST, SOAP (JSON and XML)
    • Understanding of Force.com framework and a command on governor limits
    • Coding skills adhering to the best practices of Salesforce
    • Knowledge on sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations
    • Experience in developing solutions with salesforce declarative tools; workflows, Process builders, validation rules, Flows and approval processes
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
