DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview:

Currently, they are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring. This person will play a key role in empowering development teams to deliver software efficiently, reliably, and at scale.

Primary Duties:

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services.
• Implement infrastructure security best practices, including identity management, network security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and release processes.
• Manage container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, AKS, Docker).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

What you need to succeed:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
