Business Analyst / Project Manager

They collaborate with one of the largest startup incubators in Ireland, working primarily with emerging companies across various industries. For their team we are looking for a new Business Analyst / Project Manager. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and project team.
• Define QA processes, oversee testing, and resolve defects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes).
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle​.

Required Qualifications​:

• At least 2.5+ years of experience on similar Role – Project Manager or BA
• Fluency in English, both oral and written​.
• Good client social skills​ and strong analytical skills​.
• Ability and desire to constantly learn and develop new skills​.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomous, proactive, resourceful, and a team player​.
• Result-oriented professional able to keep strict deadlines​.
