The company focuses on reducing POS terminal operating costs, improving transaction efficiency, and enabling modern cloud-based payment solutions across Europe. Currently, we are looking for an experienced IT professional to join their team as: Senior DevOps Engineer

Some of the key responsibilities for the role:

• You will be involved in the design, build, and maintenance of Linux-based systems and virtualized environments
• You have to do the administration and support of the Proxmox infrastructure, containers (Docker or LXC), and PostgreSQL databases
• You will implement secure networking and ensure system reliability and performance

Essential requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong Linux system administration and networking skills
• Experience in Java Runtime Environment (JRE/JDK) and deployment integration
• Experience with Proxmox Virtual Environment, KVM/QEMU virtualisation, Docker/LXC
• Experience in installation, tuning, and replication of PostgreSQL
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and logging tools (GitLab CI, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Familiar with AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM)
• Familiarity with the security key management concepts and PKI, and how they work in the fintech and digital payment industry, is a great advantage
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) due to communication with the teams overseas
