Currently, we are supporting them in recruiting an IT professional for a strategic fintech project to hold the position of a: .NET TECH LEAD with Azure Synapse/Databricks

As a .NET Tech Lead, you will provide requirements analysis, system design, and technical meetings, while performing code review to ensure best practices are followed. You’ll take initiative, collaborating closely with the technical team and the client when it’s necessary. Last but not least, you’ll provide technical leadership that inspires and elevates your team.

Expected knowledge, skills, and experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack .NET Software Developer;
• Some experience in Tech or Team Leadership positions;
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and microservices architecture;
• Very good knowledge of MongoDB and/or Azure SQL;
• Experience with Azure Cloud, incl. different SaaS offerings (Service Bus, Blob, Redis, etc.);
• Knowledge of MS Fabric
• Good knowledge of Data: Azure Synapse/Databricks;
• Previous usage of various bug-tracking systems;
• Familiarity with Python is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
