We are currently helping them in recruiting an IT professional to join their team as: Microsoft 365 Support Engineer

You will be responsible for administering MS Windows 10/11 systems and Office 365 apps to ensure desktop stability, managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune for user access and policy enforcement. In addition, you will support the virtual desktop platforms and troubleshoot software and network issues in collaboration with IT teams and other colleagues engaged in this issue.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience for the role:

• 4+ years of experience in IT/tech support or other roles related closely to resolving technical issues
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) as well as proven expertise in configuring, deploying, and supporting MS Windows 365 environments and Active Directory
• Experience with the Citrix platform
• Familiarity with ITIL and PMI
• Previous Project Management experience will be a great advantage
• Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation in Service Management will be a great plus, as well as certification in SAFe v6
• Very good command of English (written and verbal).
