Currently, we are looking for an experienced IT professional to take the position of a:

IT SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

You will have the perfect opportunity to join a strategic and large-scale digital transformation project within the company. This critical role involves developing the solution, validating technology assumptions, evaluating implementation alternatives, and finalizing the optimal approach.

Some of your responsibilities:

– You have to define consistent solution architectures across all IT layers

– To align business requirements with systems and technical requirements following the architectural plans

– You will provide technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle, offering expertise during system analysis, design, build, deploy, and test phases

– Last but not least – to drive the evaluation of new technologies and to advise Product Owners and/or IT Delivery Leads.

Key requirements for the role:

– University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, (Software) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a related field

– 5+ years of experience in senior technical roles – e.g., Tech Lead/ CTO, Solution/ Software/ IT Architect, or another hands-on leadership role in software development

– Professional experience in the design and development of Microservices Architecture

– Experience with SOA, REST, Web Services, and API Management tools

– Good knowledge of ITSM best practices

– Good understanding and knowledge of requirements analysis, planning, and deploying IT solutions

– Strong knowledge of Java and/or .NET Core, as well as of Cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure)

– Good command of the English language (both written and verbal).

* Previous commercial experience in FinTech or InsurTech industries will be considered a good advantage, but it is not mandatory!
