Our customer is actively digitizing their products to keep up with the latest trends in the business.  Currently, we are looking to find and recruit a skilled professional to join them in the position of a: IT PROJECT MANAGER 

As part of the PMO Division, the IT Project Manager will take a key role in strategic projects and will participate in achieving the company’s plans for long-term growth, innovation, and efficiency.

Main duties:

• Create, maintain, and update project documentation for project initiation and management;
• Coordinate the process of project resources assignment;
• Plan business activities within the project and set key milestones;
• Execute the project as per the approved scope, budget, and timeframe;
• Control task execution by the project team and identify non-conforming activities, conflicts, and risks;
• Make sure documentation concerning project deliveries is up to date.

Essential requirements for the role:

We need someone with experience working in cross-functional teams and a result-oriented mindset. We would be glad if you also have:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Project (Program) Management / Project Coordination;
• Bachelor’s or higher University degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Economics/ Finance, or relevant specialty;
• Knowledge of PMI® PMBOK, Prince 2, or other project management frameworks or methodologies;
• Experience with Waterfall and interest or experience in Agile methodology;
• Very good command of the English language (B2 level);
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

It will be a strong advantage, but it is not mandatory if you have:

• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM principles;
