 Some of your responsibilities:

You will develop and maintain high-quality UI components and scalable design token architecture for the Web Design System. You have to ensure cohesive visual design by resolving inconsistencies, improving handoff processes, and integrating industry best practices. In addition, you will be involved in creating and supporting the UI Components across different theming modes. Last but not least, collaborate with designers to implement the Web Design System.

Essential requirements for the role:

• 5+ years of professional experience in developing and managing visual design projects
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in (Visual/ Graphic/ Industrial) Design, or related specialty
• Hands-on experience in developing cohesive UI systems, including component sets and layout structures.
• Ability to design high-quality UI elements from the ground up and manage their scalability through organized variable structures.
• Ability to quickly adjust UI components based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
• Strong expertise in creating scalable design systems across multiple platforms and use cases.
• Proficiency in Figma, including best practices such as Auto Layout, Dev Mode, Variables, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Ability to work in a structured, independent manner with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to precision, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Very good command of the English language.
