We are supporting them to recruit a results-driven senior professional who will join in the position of: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD

As a DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD, you will have the key role in leading the organization through a transformative digital journey and spearheading digital transformation initiatives to drive efficiency, innovation, and agility. Your task is to create and support the implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy, with a focus on the development of innovative solutions, improved customer experience, and operational efficiency through collaborating with all business lines to ensure agreement on transformation goals and process improvements.

Essential requirements for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a preference in Computer Science or Finance & Banking;
• Several years of professional experience in the Finance/Banking/Fintech sector;
• 3+ years of relevant experience overseeing and driving strategic digital transformation initiatives;
• Experience in product development and project management;
• Experience in developing and implementing digital products and services in the financial / banking sector;
• Good understanding of FinTech and the financially digitized ecosystem and environment;
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities;
• Courses and certifications related to project management through traditional and Agile methodologies are an advantage;
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
