For their fast-growing R&D team, for a brand-new project, we are supporting them to hire an experienced IT Geek to hold the position of a: DevOps Engineer – Commodity sector

Required skills, experience, and knowledge:

• Professional experience in building and maintaining multi-stage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bitbucket Pipelines;
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration, including writing optimized Dockerfiles, managing Helm charts, and working with Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS, or on-prem);
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform /Pulumi) for multi-region environments (VPC, IAM, networking, secrets management);
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus/Grafana, Loki/ELK, OpenTelemetry) and setting up alerts, SLO/SLA.
• Experience in building self-service platforms with microservice templates, automated release strategies (blue/green, canary), and feature flags (Argo Rollouts, Flagger);
• Good knowledge of security best practices – SAST/DAST, secret management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), policy-as-code (OPA, Kyverno).
• Experience with sharded PostgreSQL, NoSQL clusters (ClickHouse, Cassandra), stream-processing (Kafka), and backup/DR strategies is a plus, but it’s not mandatory.
