Currently, we are looking for an experienced IT professional to take the position of an: APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    Your responsibilities include leading software development teams and managing end-to-end application delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will define technology strategies, drive innovation, implement quality assurance practices for high-performance, reliable applications, mentor teams, manage cross-functional projects, and adopt emerging technologies.

    Key requirements for the role:

    • University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field;
    • 4+ years of experience in a similar management role;
    • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Developer and/or Technical Lead;
    • Proven expertise in designing and developing Microservices Architecture;
    • Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Web APIs;
    • Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases;
    • Very good command of the English language, both written and verbal;
