Essential requirements for the role:

• Proven expertise in Agile at Scale, Agile standards, and Agile transformation execution.
• Hands-on experience with coaching metrics, reporting, and Agile tooling.
• Strong business-oriented skills in business objective alignment, coaching strategy definition, and roadmap creation.
• Experience in building and supporting Communities of Practice and performing root cause analysis.
• High level of adaptability in coaching oversight and coaching support across teams.
• Ability to foster a strong Agile mindset and measure coaching impact.
• Solid understanding of technical debt management.
• Mandatory certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• A University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is a must.
