What you’ll do:

• Customize call routing, transcription, and agent workspace.
• Support voice analytics, reporting to monitor performance and improve delivery.
• Manage and Support Experience Cloud sites for customer and partner engagement.
• Perform architecture design and code reviews to enforce best practices and processes.

What you bring to the table:

• Understanding of Force.com framework and a command on governor limits.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and integration deployment (CI/CD).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL, REST, SOAP (JSON and XML).
• Experience in developing solutions with salesforce declarative tools; workflows, Process builders, validation rules, Flows and approval processes.
