We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise to manage and scale our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Identify and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency.
Plan IT budgets and control costs effectively.
Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and network systems.
Implement security measures to protect company data and systems.
Monitor cybersecurity threats and respond to security breaches.
Ensure IT systems comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.
Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Ensure timely procurement, upgrades, and disposal of IT equipment.
Conduct IT audits and risk assessments regularly.
Develop policies for IT governance and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security protocols.
Experience with IT budgeting and cost management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and best practices.
Familiarity with IT compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience with IT asset management and procurement processes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
