We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise to manage and scale our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Identify and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency.
• Plan IT budgets and control costs effectively.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and network systems.
• Implement security measures to protect company data and systems.
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and respond to security breaches.
• Ensure IT systems comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.
• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Ensure timely procurement, upgrades, and disposal of IT equipment.
• Conduct IT audits and risk assessments regularly.
• Develop policies for IT governance and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security protocols.
• Experience with IT budgeting and cost management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and best practices.
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with IT asset management and procurement processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
