In the Data, AI, Solutions & Engineering (DAISE) team, we are focused on delivering value-adding, sustainable data capabilities, aligned to our client’s specific needs. This expertise is applied across clients in all of our industry market sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources, Pharmaceutical & Lifesciences and Government). We deliver three key outcomes for our clients: 1) We help our clients organize and control data. 2) We turn data into insight. 3) We help embed AI into our clients’ businesses.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Junior Data Analytics Consultant, you won’t just be crunching numbers—you’ll be helping our clients solve their most important data challenges. From day one, you’ll be part of high-impact projects where you’ll get hands-on with data, work closely with more experienced Data consultants, and contribute to solutions that matter. Whether you’re exploring patterns in client data, building dashboards, designing data pipelines, training a machine learning model or helping teammates grow their skills—you’ll be right in the middle of the action.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value to our clients and how we continue to grow our team.
Your Skills & Experiences
We’re looking for curious, passionate individuals who are excited by the power of data and want to make a real impact. Below we list some of the skills we are looking for:
A person who is excited by problems with data and can bring a good mix of technical delivery and core consulting skills in client engagements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially those demonstrated through business and data analysis.
A clear passion for data disciplines (data engineering, data science, data analytics) and a clear drive to always learn and develop your skillsets.
Fluency in written and spoken English, excellent communication and presentation skills and a track record of effective team-working
Competent in Microsoft office applications.
The ability to travel and work within EU. Comfortable with international travel, which may be required at times.
University degree ideally in a STEM field.
Your technical competencies are considered as advantages. Of course, we do not expect you to be an expert in all areas and we understand that experiences vary based on the background:
Microsoft Excel skills for data analytics, such as Power Query, Power Pivot, data cleansing & lookup techniques and formulas
Prior experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or other BI tools
SQL fundamentals
Python programming fundamentals
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP)
Knowledge of Data Modelling / Data Warehouse Theory
