To support their continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Senior Python Developer with a strong software engineering background and a product-driven mindset.

Your Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications

Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

Optimize performance, ensure code quality, and maintain documentation

Mentor junior team members and promote best development practices

Your Profile:

8+ years of professional experience with Python in production environments

Deep understanding of software engineering principles: clean code, testing, design patterns, fault tolerance

Experience working on complex systems or SaaS platforms

Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)

A team player with a proactive mindset and focus on delivering value to users
