To strengthen our API & Messaging Team, we are looking for an experienced Solace Messaging Consultant / Engineer to help shape and evolve our Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).

You will be involved in the ideation and creation of our next generation Digital Products. Our innovative solutions are tailor-made to fulfill the unique needs and high-quality standards of our partners and customers in the healthcare industry. Your tasks in the team

Work in an Agile environment where teamwork is at its best, no exceptions

Consult on the design, deployment, and optimization of messaging solutions powered by Solace PubSub+

Advocate for Event Broker technologies and EDA patterns across the organization, driving awareness, adoption, and best practices.

Contribute actively as a core member of the API & Messaging Team, enabling scalable, event-driven integrations across enterprise systems.

Install, configure, and maintain Solace infrastructure in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.

Support integration of Solace with existing systems (e.g. SAP, Microservices, APIs)

Develop best practices for event streaming, topic hierarchies, and governance

Conduct training sessions and workshops for development and operations teams

Work closely with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to ensure robust, secure solutions.

Your experience in your backpack

Several years of hands-on experience with Solace PubSub+ or comparable messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).

Deep understanding of Event-Driven Architecture, messaging patterns, and API integration methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.

Passion for technology evangelism and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured working style
