Systems & Network Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain our client organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of servers, network systems, and security solutions, while providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, file and print services, web, and application servers.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and Exchange Online).
• Configure and administer virtual environments such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Maintain network security, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection tools (EDR/XDR).
• Administer L2/L3 switches and overall network infrastructure.
• Plan, implement, and report on IT projects.
• Provide technical support to users via the ticketing system and direct communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments, Microsoft Office, and O365.
• Experience with server, network, and virtualization technologies listed above.
• Good English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
