What we expect from you:

• Fluency in German, Dutch, or Polish (B2/C1)
• Fluency in English (B2)
  
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and motivation to grow

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting customers via chat, email, and phone
• Assisting users with platform navigation and answering their questions
• Ensuring clients are satisfied, informed, and happy with every interaction
