Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d)

Join Axpo as a Senior Business Analyst and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative energy solutions. We are looking for a dedicated professional with extensive experience in energy trading and operations to enhance our Back Office Operations.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support business transformation projects.
• Analyze complex business processes and provide solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and KPI reports.
• Support operational teams in managing daily tasks and resolving issues.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

What you bring & who you are:

• Higher education in Business Management or Information Technology.
• Strong business partnering, influencing, communication, stakeholder alignment skills
• Proven ability to deal with complex business processes and data management
• Deep knowledge and daily using PowerBI, SSRS or other BI tools on data visualization/analysis
• Passion in data analysis, deep knowledge/skills in SQL, C#, python or other coding languages
• Experience in developing/understanding the ETL flow , familiar with Visual Studio or DATAIKU or other similar tools in ETL development is a plus
• Knowledge in relational database optimization and virtual machine management is a must
• Knowledge of OCR tool like ABBYY
• Experience in working with ERP systems is a must
• In-depth knowledge of operational risk management
• Relevant experience in energy trading and sales is an advantage
• A team-oriented approach with a passion for continuous learning and development.
