This is you
At least 5 years experience of IS Project Management delivering complex projects on global scale
At least 2 years experience of purchasing or contract lifecycle management IT application implementation
HR domain experience required
Experience of leading RFx (RFI, RFP, leading vendor assessment and selection, offer preparations and comparisons etc.)
PMP or Prince 2, Agile ITIL Scrum Master Certification
Strong documentation, communication, facilitation and consensus building skills
Motivated self-starter, with a keen interest in developing and implementing the best practice, creative solutions to the business
Fluent spoken and written English
This is your role
Managing the full project lifecycle – from initiation, scoping, and planning through execution, testing, and transition to operations, including coordination of planned maintenance windows and change management activities to minimize disruption to production services
Acting as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
Translating complex technical details into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
Coordinating cross-functional internal teams (system administrators, network, storage, and security engineers) and external vendors
Preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
Facilitating regular client meetings, steering committees, and progress updates
Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
Coordinating implementation of scheduled changes during maintenance windows (nonstandard working hours)
