This is the job

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Automation Engineer to join our global professional services team, building advanced automation and integration solutions for large-scale private cloud environments. You’ll design and develop backend automation in TypeScript, create APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and “as-a-service” components, while collaborating with architects, DevOps engineers, and enterprise clients.

This is you

• 8+ years of professional experience in backend development, automation, and system integration
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and object-oriented JavaScript
• Solid understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles – regardless of language background (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js)
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, REST API design, and cloud networking concepts
• Practical experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems in cloud environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• English – Upper-intermediate level or higher

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with virtualization and infrastructure platforms such as vSphere, NSX-T, vRA, vRO, or VCF
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices

This is your role

• Design and implement infrastructure automation backends in TypeScript and supporting technologies
• Develop APIs and integrations between internal systems and external platforms
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure workflows
• Participate in technical design sessions and present architecture proposals
• Work closely with DevOps, security, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality
• Write clear documentation and contribute to reusable automation components
• Serve as a trusted technical partner for enterprise clients, driving implementation from concept to delivery
