We are looking for a QA Engineer to be part of our experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs based on best QA practices. You will be working closely with software engineers, product managers, designers, and other QA team members to identify, document, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Perform manual and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications, including Android and iOS native apps
Execute functional, regression, usability, and cross-browser testing based on specification documents
Write detailed test documentation including test cases, test plans, and bug reports
Identify, document, and track bugs using test management and bug-tracking tools (like JIRA, ClickUp, TestRail, Zephyr)
Review and improve internal QA processes in collaboration with the Delivery Team, ensuring continuous quality improvement across projects
Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to improve software quality
Ensure compatibility across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (Android, iOS, tablets)
Qualifications
At least 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing lifecycle, and best practices
Experience with web and mobile application testing
Familiarity with test case management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, TestRail)
Ability to analyze network requests using Chrome DevTools or similar
Basic understanding of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and verifying data integrity
Familiarity with Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Cloud Functions)
Experience with Firebase (Cloud Functions, Realtime Database)
Working knowledge of version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working proficiency in English
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Automation testing experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebDriverIO (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)
API automation knowledge using Postman, REST Assured, or Newman
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
Basic knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks (Appium, Detox, or Espresso)
