We seek a Digital Producer to join our team at Athlon. Our focus is on cutting-edge product development, data visualization, and design production for startup and global innovation companies. We aim to create top-tier solutions using forward-thinking and creative technology.
The role will focus primarily on an account for a global brand, needing an intelligent approach to creative production. We have formed a small team to serve the client’s operational needs, with the goal of scaling it over time.
You will be the main point of communication between the client and the operational team, owning process, deliverables, and expectation management. On a daily basis you will be responsible for prioritizing orders from the worldwide marketing offices of the client and funneling them through to different team members. You will also manage the continuous improvement of automation tools and processes.
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in digital advertising and digital asset management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Advanced user of Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or other process management systems
Understanding of the marketing asset lifecycle within an SLA
Experience with large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various media (social, DOOH, banners, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities
Work with the creative team of designers and copywriters to deliver campaigns
Work with the development & automation teams to deliver process & workflow improvements
Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure flawless delivery on each step of the process
Serve as the main communication point between the client and the operational team
Prioritize orders from the client’s global marketing offices and manage the process from master creatives to final adaptations
Strategically improve workflow and manage resources to maintain peak performance
Manage client expectations and set transparent priorities
Ensure timely delivery of advertising assets in accordance with SLAs
Solve problems and clarify requirements to avoid time spent on gap analysis
Manage stakeholder input and feedback through process management systems
Your Team
Collaborate with the internal team of Developers, Designers, Copywriters, QA, and a fellow Producer, with whom you will share responsibilities to ensure smooth project delivery
Collaborate with the client team of creatives, marketing leads and other stakeholders
