For one of our clients – an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Online Store Support Executive with Danish or Dutch or Portuguese with English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
• Handle order management tasks such as processing returns, refunds, and tracking shipments;
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as needed;
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, tech) to resolve customer issues efficiently;
• Assist with the creation and management of reports related to customer service activities;
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following company procedures and service standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish, Dutch or Portuguese and strong command of English (written and spoken);
• Previous experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
