    For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for Customer Support Specialist with Danish or German or English (Remote).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate assistance;
    • Handle inquiries related to money transfers and transactions, or escalate to the right team when needed;
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with devices, software, and connectivity;
    • Maintain professional, friendly communication while meeting service quality standards;
    • Share information about useful products and services, adding value through service;
    • Keep customer records accurate and up to date using specialized support tools.

    Requirements:

    • Strong command of Danish, German, or English (B2-C1 level);
    • Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus;
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage both service and technical inquiries;
    • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;
    • Flexibility to work rotating day and late shifts (no night shifts);
    • Comfortable working fully remote and navigating different software systems.
