    For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Backoffice Gaming Support Specialist with German or Polish or Hungarian and English (Remote).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with players via email in German, Polish or Hungarian and English to assist with account-related inquiries and game-related issues;
    • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions while maintaining a professional and friendly tone;
    • Investigate and resolve player issues related to transactions, game progress, or technical concerns using internal tools;
    • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant departments, ensuring all necessary information is clearly documented;
    • Contribute to team knowledge by identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to email templates or processes.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in German, Polish or Hungarian and English, both written and spoken;
    • Previous experience in a backoffice, customer support, or gaming-related role is an advantage;
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive information discreetly;
    • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards complex case handling;
    • Willingness to work remotely on day and later shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
