Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to support system integration and data migration projects. The role involves analyzing data structures, designing mapping logic between systems, evaluation of the information gathered from multiple sources and analyze customers’ business processes and operations

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Analyzing data structures, designing mapping logic between systems

– Design and maintain data mapping documents (source-to-target definitions)

– Evaluation of the information gathered from multiple sources

– Analyze customers’ business processes and operations

– Engaging with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations

– Develop functional and non-functional requirements for software products

– Clarify requirements for the needs of design, development, QA and support teams

– Performing an appropriate system gap analysis involves evaluating the differences between the current state of a system (as-is) and the desired future state (to–be).

• REQUIREMENTS:

– Experience in a similar position (Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst) in software development projects of at least 3 years

– Experience in banking

– Experience in SQL

– Experience with data mapping, data migration, or system integration projects

– Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources

– University degree

• ADVANTAGES:
