Responsibilities:
Administer the entire spectrum of corporate services, ensuring their smooth operation and quickly mastering new systems.
Provide first-level technical support to company employees (hardware, software, and network issues).
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other office equipment.
Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems in a timely manner.
Assist with onboarding of new employees (workstation setup, email configuration, etc.).
Keep an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets.
Collaborate with system administrators and developers on more complex technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Familiarity with networking basics (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi setup).
Experience with office applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in IT support or a related role is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
Practical experience in service management (systems, databases).
