Senior Backend Software Developer with Go

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.

– Optimize the performance and scalability of our systems to meet the demands of our growing user base.

– Participate in architectural design sessions and technology selection to help guide the direction of our software development.

– Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high development standards through engaging team discussions.

– Work with modern databases such as PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and Redis, ensuring data consistency and speed.

– Be an integral part of the full product development lifecycle, from conception through deployment, contributing to all phases of our software solutions.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and services, enhancing the overall architecture and efficiency of our applications.

Requirements:

– A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Backend Software Engineer.

– Strong expertise and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in programming with Go.

– Proficiency in using Git as an essential tool in your coding practices.

– Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks, with strong teamwork and exceptional communication skills.

– The ability to tackle complex technical problems and make informed decisions under pressure.

– Essential skills in advanced technologies such as GraphQL, RPC, gRPC, Protobuf, and familiarity with microservices architectures.

– Proven experience in maintaining high project availability with skills in monitoring, logging, and managing distributed load tracing systems.
