We are looking for a Growth & Engagement Product Manager to drive activation, retention, and personalization strategies—turning first-time users into long-term investors.
About the role:
You will own the end-to-end user lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, optimising activation, retention, and LTV through product-driven growth loops, lifecycle automation, and AI-driven personalisation.
Responsibilities:
User Engagement & Retention
Own onboarding & activation—ensure users smoothly transition from signup to first investment.
Implement personalised lifecycle flows, tailoring the experience based on behavior & risk preferences.
Develop AI-driven portfolio insights, notifications, and habit-forming triggers.
Reduce churn through reactivation campaigns and user journey optimisations.
Growth Loops & Monetization
Develop product-led referral, rewards, and viral mechanics to drive organic growth.
Improve conversion from free to paid subscriptions, using insights from behavioral cohorts.
Optimise pricing, trial models, and feature gating to increase ARPU.
Lifecycle Automation & Experimentation
Implement A/B testing frameworks for continuous optimisation of engagement flows.
Drive segmentation & personalisation strategies across CRM, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Requirements:
3+ years in growth, engagement, or lifecycle product roles (fintech, neobanks, investing platforms preferred).
Deep experience with engagement tools, lifecycle automation, and retention mechanics.
Strong data-driven decision-making, comfortable with SQL, analytics dashboards, and A/B testing.
Understanding of user psychology, habit formation, and segmentation strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams.
