    Tech Stack / Requirements

    We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and infrastructure that support our data analytics and product teams. You will work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure data quality and accessibility across the organization.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing large volumes of data.
    • Optimize and monitor data workflows for performance and reliability.
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
    • Work with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Athena, Redshift, BigQuery) and databases (we use PostgreSQL).
    • Support analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives by providing clean, well-structured data.
    • Implement best practices in data governance and documentation.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.).
    • Experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions.
    • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database systems.
    • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in fintech or wealth-tech industries.
    • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
    • Familiarity with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Spark).
