MOP iGaming Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated, cross-functional program within the iGaming space, ensuring alignment with both interpersonal strategy and regulatory compliance.
• Define and drive comprehensive program plans that support business growth, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple iGaming platforms, running budgets and resources at scale to meet interpersonal objectives.
• Set and lead strategic turning points, coordinating engineering, QA, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure magnificent and efficient execution.
• Serve as the main contact for crucial program decisions, applying autonomous discernment and resourcefulness to address very intricate issues with inventive and efficient resolutions.
• Persuade and sway cross-functional and high-level decision-makers through clear communication of intricate concepts and modifications, reaching agreement during critical scenarios while upholding proven connections and credibility.
• Shape the delivery strategies, methodologies, and strategic policies — aiding in the progress of company-wide standards and protocols.
• Drive the development and refinement of internal governance, delivery frameworks, and compliance-aligned workflows, influencing broader interpersonal processes and decision-making structures.
• Proactively identify and lead program risks, interdependencies, and critical bottlenecks — esincreasinglockers with strategic recommendations and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Deliver consistently high-quality results that meet scope, timeline, budget, and regulatory performance criteria. Understand the significant impact of decisions, where errors may result in program failure, regulatory exposure, or disruption to business operations.
  Provide regular and clear program updates to management and executive partners, facilitating strategic alignment and informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain robust program-level indicators, dashboards, and progress reports to measure impact, ensure accountability, and support data-driven leadership.
• Implement and continuously improve program management methodologies, governance structures, and delivery protocols tailored to the iGaming environment.
• Receive direction from senior leadership in the form of short- and mid-term strategic objectives and outcomes, applying independent judgment and creativity to meet and exceed these goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs.
• Shown success delivering business-critical programs involving sophisticated regulatory, technical, and cross-functional requirements, inclleadingnaging significant budgets and resource allocations.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications are a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of iGaming platforms, regulatory frameworks, and modern tech stacks (front-end/back-end, cloud infrastructure, compliance tooling).
• Strong discernment and multidisciplinary knowledge spanning technology, compliance, and operational domains.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and social skills, with a confirmed ability to influence and change the thinking of interested parties at all levels, including executivecriticalsitivesophisticatedmplex situations.
• Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Working Conditions
